U.S. Cyber Challenge Launches Third Cyber Quest Contest

The U.S. Cyber Challenge (USCC) today announced registration for the third competition in its series of Cyber Quests, a national online competition allowing participants to demonstrate their knowledge in a variety of information security disciplines. This third Quest allows participants the chance to compete for a trip to a NetWars competition hosted by the SANS Institute. Other opportunities for Cyber Quest players include awards and scholarships. Eligible college students from North Carolina may also compete via their Cyber Quest scores for an invitation to the USCC Fall Cyber Camp in North Carolina.

Registration for Cyber Quests is available August 15 through September 8, 2011 at 9:00 pm Eastern. The competition is open to all U.S. residents; awards, scholarships and invitations to NetWars and the Fall Cyber Camp are available to U.S. citizens only at this time.
